Customer Reviews
Good for exam prep
I used the Exam Prep Modules for my midterms and they were pretty helpful. The Mobile Study App works well on my phone, which is a plus. Shipping isn't really a thing here since it's all digital, but the platform occasionally lagged a bit during peak hours. Customer service responded quickly to my question about billing though. Overall, a solid tool.
Helpful, few small issues
I purchased the annual subscription after trying the free trial, mainly for the 24/7 AI Tutoring and Personalized Study Plans. Getting set up was straightforward, and I found the interface pretty intuitive. The AI tutor was genuinely helpful for breaking down complex topics in my history class, and I liked how it adapted to my learning style. The Flashcard Generator was also a nice feature for quick reviews. I did notice that sometimes the Note Summarizer struggled with really dense academic papers, giving less coherent summaries than I'd hoped. Also, I tried using the Academic Research Assistant for a project, and while it pointed me to some good resources, I still had to do a lot of sifting myself. It's good, but not a magic bullet. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about integrating with my school's LMS, though it took them about a day to get back to me. The value for the annual price is decent compared to other services, but I hope they refine the summarizer and research tools more in the future. I'll likely renew next year.
Secant's AI study assistant rocks!
I signed up for the AI Study Assistant last month and it's been amazing for my college classes. The Homework Helper is super quick and the essay outlining tool saved me so much time on my last paper. I'm definitely going for the annual plan soon!

thinking about getting secant for the whole year. any deals floating around or is it just the normal price? saw something about an annual discount but not sure if there's a better way to get it cheaper.
hey is secant legit or just another one of those AI things that promise a lot but don't deliver? need something for finals that actually works.
can you actually cancel secant easily or is it a huge headache? like if i just need it for a semester, can i stop it without a fight?
how does secant stack up against quizlet or chegg? i use both of those already but if secant is way better i might switch.
does secant have a free version or is it all paid? just want to test it out before committing.
